Early Life
On 23rd April 1977, in West Newbury, Massachusetts, Carol and John Cena Sr welcomed their second-born child, John Felix Anthony Cena Jr, into this world. Cena has four siblings. He went to Central Catholic High School, and to Cushing Academy. He played football at Springfield College in Massachusetts. In 1998 he graduated with a degree in exercise physiology and body movement.
Personal Life
In 2009, Cena married Elizabeth Huberdeau, but the couple split after just three years of marriage, in 2012. On 2nd April 2017, at WrestleMania 33, Cena proposed to his girlfriend, Nikki Bella. Bella is also a wrestler.

In 1999, Cena started his career as a professional wrestler at the Ultimate Pro Wrestling’s, where he wrestled for two years, until 2001. He held the UPW Heavyweight Championship during his time there. Once he moved to World Wrestling Federation (WWF), he won OVW heavy Weight Championship, OVW Southern Tag Team Championship, and they called him The Prototype. He has had a very successful wrestling career. He won 16 World Champions, and out of those, 13 were as a WWE Champion, and 3 as a WWE World Heavyweight Champion. And that is not all, he won numerous matches.

Cena’s acting career started in 2006 when he played in the movie The Marine. Other movies he starred in are 2 Rounds (2009), Fred: The Movie (2010), The Reunion (2011), The Hangover part III (2013), Daddy’s Home (2015) & Daddy’s Home 2 (2017). You will be able to see him in some of the upcoming movies, including Bumblebee: The Movie (2018) and The Voyage of Doctor Dolittle (2019).
